• Copying: First, select the content you wish to copy. This could be text in a document, an image on a webpage, or a file in a folder. Once selected, press the Ctrl+C key combination on Windows or Cmd+C on macOS. This action places a digital copy of the selected item onto a temporary storage area called the 'clipboard'.
• Pasting: Next, navigate to the location where you want to insert the copied content. This could be another part of the same document, a different application, or even a new folder. Click your cursor at the desired insertion point, or select the destination folder for files. Then, press the Ctrl+V key combination on Windows or Cmd+V on macOS.
