Overview

DJI Care Refresh is a comprehensive insurance and maintenance service designed to protect DJI drone owners from unexpected damage and accidents. Unlike standard warranties that only cover manufacturing defects, DJI Care Refresh covers accidental damage including drops from flight, crashes, water damage, and normal wear and tear that occurs during regular use.

Coverage Details

The plan provides physical damage coverage with replacement services. Depending on your selected tier, you can receive up to two replacements within a one-year or two-year period. Customers can quickly exchange damaged drones for refurbished units, typically within 1-2 business days of approval. The service covers damage from falls, water immersion, collisions with obstacles, and mechanical failures resulting from accidents.

Eligibility and Purchase

DJI Care Refresh must be purchased within 48 hours of your drone purchase to maintain eligibility. The plan is available for most DJI consumer drones including the Air series, Mini series, Avata series, and other current models. Registration is required through the DJI Care app or website to activate coverage.
